The vast majority of mainstream recruiters operate in the same manner. Recruitment is, after all, not a very complex business. The challenge therefore is standing out from the crowd and we do this very well.

With one of the lowest CV submission levels in the recruitment sector, we truly do listen to requirements carefully and only press the send button when we have someone likely to appeal.

It is not our job to clog your inbox with multiple CVs or race against our competitors. We think first, undertake our research and approach relevant candidates.

Most vacancies are completed via one or two CVs. This is very unusual, but it suits us to do things differently.
