The Search & Selection company exists and thrives on a deliberate advertising budget of £0.00! However the Saltire brand is attracting interest from a broader range of individual, the knock on effect of which is involvement in vacancies outwith typical parameters. This is a major positive for the business, yet a helping hand is required from an inward candidate flow.

The volume of output will still be deliberately lower than the recruitment market average - considerably lower. A CV from the Insurance and Back Office division will probably catch your attention as much as one would from Search & Selection, and the stringent screening will be identical.
